Terms Of Service
| 1. | FORUMS, CHAT, PRIVATE MESSAGES AND GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR
1.1. You have access to reading the forums, except for private areas.
1.2. When registered and logged in, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones in the Forum and you will be able to access the chat and the private messages.
1.3. You must respect everyone in the forums.
1.4. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
1.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics, the Chat and in private messages. Spamming the forums, chat and private messages with nonsense posts/messages or illegal content is also prohibited.
1.6. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Clixever and / or Clixever staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum, Chat and private messages as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
1.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to Clixever, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered an offense and are strictly prohibited.
1.8. Private messages are meant to be kept private. The exposure of the private messages content, directly or indirectly, is not allowed.
1.9. Reporting messages that do not violate these terms of services is not allowed.
1.10. You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to our members.
| | 2. | USER ACCOUNT
2.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.
2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your AlertPay account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
2.3. You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.
2.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.5. Accounts are not transferable.
2.6. Clixever will not modify user account information based on user request.
2.7. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
2.8. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer views advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
2.9. You must not automatically redirect any page to Clixever or include the Clixever site inside any other site visible or not.
| | 3. | REFERRALS
3.1. You may refer as many people as you want.
3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses.
3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
3.4. You may not refer others in your household or with the same IP.
3.5. You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you.
3.6. We can not guarantee that your referrals will click all ads.
3.7. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
3.8. Any spamming for referrals will cause your account to be suspended.
| | 4. | ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
4.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
4.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at Clixever.
4.4. You cannot use autobots/softwares to view ads. Using bots/softwares to view ads leads to suspension of account.
| | 5. | PAYMENTS TO USERS
5.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay. No other method of payment is available at this time.
5.2. All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 24 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.
5.3. The minimum amount paid is $5.00.
5.4. You can only request one payment at a time.
5.5. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.
5.6. You must have a correct and existing AlertPay email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled.
5.7. After requesting a payment, the user must wait 4 days before requesting another.
5.8. Users must accept the payments made to their AlertPay accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded.
5.9. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
| | 6. | ADVERTISEMENTS
6.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content.
6.2. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
6.3. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
6.4. Advertisements must not be viewed on mobile phones. Doing so may lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
| | 7. | PAYMENTS TO CLIXEVER
7.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.
7.2. All payments are non-refundable.
7.3. Payments made to Clixever using AlertPay are confirmed by your AlertPay email. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will be referenced as a open advertiser.
7.4. You can use unverified alertpay account to receive payments and to purchase from Clixever.
7.5. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
| | 8. | ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
8.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
8.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity. An inactive user for 72 hours after registration will have the account permanently suspended.
8.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
| | 9. | LIABILITY
9.1. Clixever will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Clixever and therefore beyond our control.
9.2. Clixever reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
9.3. Clixever will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
9.4. Clixever is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
